My name is Manoj Kumar, and DoolDeals came into existence because of a problem I kept seeing everywhere.

Most online stores were selling low-grade products at prices that weren’t justified. Products looked good in pictures, but barely lasted after a few uses. Customers felt frustrated, disappointed, and often cheated after spending their hard-earned money.

I saw this happening again and again — not only with strangers, but with people around me. That’s when I felt the need to step in and do something different.

Finding genuinely good products at fair prices was not easy. Quality usually came with inflated pricing, while low prices came with poor material. Still, I decided to take the challenge seriously. My family and close friends joined me in this mission to build an online store where quality wouldn’t be compromised.

We travelled across different parts of India, spoke directly with wholesalers, manufacturers, and local suppliers, and closely checked how products were made, what materials were used, and whether they were worth their price.

One thing stayed non-negotiable from day one — DoolDeals would only sell products I would confidently use myself. Strong build, practical use, and honest pricing became the base of every decision we made.

DoolDeals is not about pushing endless products. It’s about bringing carefully selected items that serve a real purpose and last beyond initial use. The goal is simple — to help customers feel confident about what they buy online again.

That belief is what shaped DoolDeals then, and it continues to guide us today.
